Founded by Christopher Martin and based in Long Beach New York, Attention to Detail has steadily grown in both size and reputation over the years. Our unique combination of construction knowledge and design savvy is what sets us apart from traditional contractors. Our passion is to transform a space into something that is both beautiful and highly functional. About the Owner
Christopher Martin
Attention to Detail founder and owner Christopher Martin is the 4th generation in his family to call Long Beach home. Chris's construction career started at the age of 14 when he would install flooring for his fathers company after school and on the weekends. At the age of 19 Chris began a career in the Structural Iron workers union local 361. He quickly moved up the ranks to Journeyman and had the pleasure to work on such Iconic NYC landmarks such as the Historic Brooklyn Courthouse and the Whitestone Bridge. Fast forward a few years and Chris founded Attention to Detail Construction. In his downtime from the union chris started renovation Kitchens and Baths for family and friends. It was then that he realized his true love was Residential Home construction. He took a leave from the union and started working on building Attention to Detail Construction full time. Today Chris's unique combination of construction knowledge and uncanny design sense really sets him apart from most other contractors.
